The
head of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, said
on Tuesday that three of the nine judges of the largest seat of the
Supreme Court which is to address the appeal is expected to premier in
the case of contempt for refusing to be part of the Prime bench.The
justice of the Supreme Court will appoint a judge additional and
two ad litem judges in order to overcome the deficit, said seat
comprising nine judges will hold a hearing if the Prime Minister goes on
an appeal against his conviction. He said that lawyers take a seat after the opening of the Chamber of the Supreme Court Sibi in Balochistan. The
Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, Justice Tariq Pervez, Balochistan High
Court Chief Justice Faiz Isa, Balochistan Bar Council President Zahoor
Ahmed Shahwani and other lawyers are on occasion.Justice Iftikhar said
he did not want to disclose the names of the three judges who have
expressed inability to hear the appeal. He stressed that the institutions must work within the scope of their competence. The
head of the Supreme Court, the people of Sibi, Nasirabad, Jaffarabad,
Dera Bugti, Bolan, Kohlu and attired Jhal will get justice in their own
homes after the formation of the circle Seppi. He said that the judiciary is making every effort to serve justice to the people of Balochistan.In
reference to the newly built building which seat in the Chamber, said
the chief justice and justice can not be provided through the
construction of buildings, air-conditioned, and therefore judges should
ensure that its presence in the Sibi and serve the people. He said the bench, bar and from the hands of the judicial system. "We
